NEW DELHI: The 2011 Champions Trophy for men has been allotted to India, while the Netherlands will host the women’s event.It will be the third time that India would be hosting the prestigious event after Chennai in 1996 and 2005.
The exact dates and venues of both the tournaments will be finalised in due course, according to a press release from the International Hockey Federation (FIH).
